Can't believe how much better I'm feeling in myself. Last night I had a straight 8 hours sleep which for me is unheard of. A normal night's sleep has been 5 hours most nights, sometimes less. It's been that way for years. My painful knees and shoulders are feeling much better. This way of eating will become my norm.

Julie’s Facebook post came at the perfect time for me. I was really unhappy with my weight and felt unhealthy and had no energy. I wasn’t sure what to expect but knew I needed to start by losing weight and losing two stone was my goal.
After six weeks I had lost over a stone (7 kilos to be exact) and 5 (yes 5!) inches off my belly, and 2 inches off my hips. But even if I had only lost half of that the programme would have been worth it. I’m not a groups person but our group chat and Julie’s daily support and encouragement really helped to keep me motivated. Julie is so knowledgeable and I learnt so much about the way my body works - things I never knew before that have really honestly changed my life. (I feel like one of those instagram reviewers but honestly it’s true!) I also learnt about how certain foods make my body feel and having finished the six weeks I am now in a place where I make careful decisions about what I eat that are based on reality.
But the biggest and most positive outcome has been how I feel. I feel healthy and happy - I have energy and don’t feel sluggish throughout my day. I’ve also turned into a water drinker and I know that’s been a huge help too.
